★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento precário na rua, funcionários e proprietário debochados quando falei que a porta estava fechada e que nós clientes estávamos no sol com uma bebê e eles disseram que já estava aberto e atende assim mesmo. Também falaram, se caso quisesse uma assistência sem ser a deles teriam outras em Recife. Resumo vai falir! Estão vivendo uma realidade arcaica. Em tempo: comprem ferramentas online o preço sairá mais em conta que esses consertos. Tô fora!
Poor service on the street, employees and owner made fun of when I said that the door was closed and that we customers were in the sun with a baby and they said it was already open and they attend anyway. They also said, if you wanted assistance other than their own, they would have others in Recife. Summary will go bankrupt! They are living in an archaic reality. In time: buy tools online, the price will be cheaper than these repairs. I'm out!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui levar uma parafusadeira pensando que a mesma estivesse quebrada e ainda na garantia o responsável e proprietário é bastante honesto passou algumas instruções de como usar a máquina e orientou acerca de como usá-la, muito satisfeito.
I went to take a screwdriver thinking that it was broken and still under warranty the responsible and owner is quite honest, he gave some instructions on how to use the machine and guided me on how to use it, very satisfied.

I went to an assistance with my drill and they said they didn't have any more parts because it was too old. I went to Bosch's technical assistance, arriving there, I was immediately assisted and with the diagnosis and today I have my drill in perfect condition and working perfectly.
