★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um orçamento do ar do meu carro com eles. Fizeram uma análise e deram como problema uma série de peças e um orçamento que achei caro.
Fui a outra oficina que me deu um diagnóstico completamente diferente ( um furo no condensador) . Não entendi o porque de tamanha diferença nos diagnósticos.
I made a budget of the air of my car with them. They did an analysis and gave as a problem a series of pieces and a budget that I found expensive.
I went to another workshop that gave me a completely different diagnosis (a hole in the condenser). I did not understand why such a difference in diagnoses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixei meu carro para avaliação de reparo ar condicionado em uma loja da Prochaskar. Aceitei o orçamento de aproximadamente R$1500,00 para serviço de 1 dia. Não entregaram alegando problemas com uma peça, e quando entregaram cobraram R$2500,00. Paguei e retirei o carro, e no dia seguinte o ar condicionado não funcionou. Depois de mais uma semana avaliando, alegaram que tinha outra peça para trocar de R$1000,00, e que a garantia que deram não cobria essa peça. Só prejuízo e decepção com esse lugar.
I left my car for air conditioning repair evaluation at a Prochaskar store. I accepted the budget of approximately R $ 1500.00 for 1 day service. They did not deliver alleging problems with one piece, and when they delivered they charged $ 2500.00. I paid and took the car out, and the next day the air conditioner did not work. After another evaluation week, they claimed that they had another piece to exchange for $ 1000.00, and that the guarantee they gave did not cover that piece. Only loss and disappointment with this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BANDIDOS, não levem o carro de vocês lá, esses pilantras tiraram todo o gás do ar condicionado do meu carro em alegando que estavam fazendo um teste e que meu ar condicionado estava fazendo.
Cobraram R$1000 para arrumar o vazamento que disseram ter, e deixaram meu carro se ar, para me obrigar a fazer o reparo.
Tirei meu carro de lá e levei em outra oficina, que cobraram R$ 350 para colocar o gás que esses bandidos tiraram.
Vou acionar o juízo especial e o IBAMA, pois eles não poderiam ter jogado o ar do meu carro no meio ambiente como jogaram.
BANDIDOS, don't take your car there, these crooks took all the gas out of the air conditioning in my car, claiming that they were doing a test and that my air conditioning was doing it.
They charged R $ 1000 to fix the leak they said they had, and let my car air, to force me to do the repair.
I took my car out of there and took it to another workshop, which charged R $ 350 to put the gas that these bandits took.
I will activate the special judgment and IBAMA, as they could not have thrown my car air into the environment as they did.

Excelente atendimento e preço justo, gostei muito e recomendo.

Look for a Tião to move your cars. There is no quality here. There is no price. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! Worst shop I've ever taken the car to!
