★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente tive que mudar minha avaliação. Agendei por 3 vezes uma visita para fazer um box no meu banheiro, esperei a ligação nas 2 primeiras para confirmar, ninguém me ligou, esperei no ultimo dia em casa que deram certeza, ninguém apareceu.
Devem estar ganhando muito agora mas n esqueça que sempre vão precisar de clientes em outros momentos.
Uma pena, tive que fazer em outro local.
Unfortunately I had to change my rating. I scheduled a visit 3 times to shower in my bathroom, I waited for the first 2 calls to confirm, nobody called me, I waited on the last day at home that they were sure, nobody showed up.
They must be earning a lot now but don't forget that they will always need customers at other times.
Too bad, I had to do it elsewhere.

Fiz um serviço aonde comprei box, janela, espelhos e portas de vidro serigrafado, todos ficaram ótimos. Algo muito bom é que eles não tentam empurrar o mais caro, como a grande maioria das lojas de box que fiz orçamento. Os preços são muito bons, posso dizer que foram os melhores que obtive, em todos os produtos que adquiri. Indico sem hesitar!
Great service. Staff extremely friendly and concerned with what the customer wants. I did a service where I bought box, window, mirrors and screen-printed glass doors, they all looked great. Something very good is that they do not try to push the more expensive, like the vast majority of box stores that I made budget. Prices are very good, I can say they were the best I got, on all the products I purchased. Indicate without hesitation!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom dia, combinei com a box Cristal da Monteiro Lobato a retirada e colocação do meu box, ate o dia da retirada foi td OK. Porem apos minha obra no banheiro agendei por 3 vezes e nada dos mesmos aparecer nem ao menos ligaram para dar uma satisfação, fiquei portres dias no aguardo em casa sebdo que trabalho e tenho que tirar folga para atendelos. Hoje dia 18/11/2019estou outra vez aguardando pq a atendente disse que garantia para mim que viriam. Resta agora eu fazer essa reclamação para que outros nao façam negocio com eles. Pessimo na minha opiniao,
Good morning, I combined with the box Cristal da Monteiro Lobato the removal and placement of my box, until the day of withdrawal was td OK. But after my work in the bathroom I scheduled 3 times and none of them appear nor even called to give a satisfaction, I was waiting for days for home knowing what work and have to take time off to attend. Today 11/18/209 I am waiting again because the attendant said that guarantee for me that they would come. Now I have to make this complaint so that others will not do business with them. Sorry in my opinion,

Estava precisando do box com urgência, e eles fizeram o que puderam pra me ajudar! Como meu box a medida era pequena, eu pedi e no mesmo dia vieram instalar. Mesmo que demorasse mais, eu esperaria pois senti muita confiança neles!
