★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contratei a empresa BRAGMAC pois meu refrigerador estava congelando. O refrigerador tem 15 meses de uso, e infelizmente após a garantia veio a dar falha de congelamento. A empresa BRAGMAD enviou o técnico e o mesmo por 3 tentativas não conseguiu solucionar o problema, onde foi enviado um orçamento para troca de Damper da Geladeira sendo que a mesma não possui, e mesmo assim foi trocado os sensores do Freezer e refrigerador e não resolveu, na segunda tentativa não resolveu e na terceira fez a limpeza do freezer e informou que não podia encher o freezer, pois tampa a saída de ar do freezer não pode ter nada na frente-( Nunca vi isso). Depois das 3 visitas, solicitei o reembolso pela empresa pois não foi solucionado, e a mesma não atende telefone e nem responde mensagens. Assim venho registrar aqui o péssimo serviço de assistência e respeito ao cliente, pois foi realizado o pagamento e a empresa não fez o reembolso, que é de direito do consumidor por um serviço que não foi entregue. Até informação de youtube a empresa pediu para eu ver e me informar. sendo assim, cancelei a quarta visita que iriam tentar e não resolveria. Aguardo um retorno urgente da empresa, pois darei entrada no PROCON.
I hired the company BRAGMAC because my refrigerator was freezing. The refrigerator has 15 months of use, and unfortunately after the warranty it failed to freeze. The company BRAGMAD sent the technician and he was unable to solve the problem for 3 attempts, where a budget was sent to replace the Refrigerator Damper, which it does not have, and even so the Freezer and refrigerator sensors were changed and it did not solve , on the second attempt it didn't work and on the third, he cleaned the freezer and informed that he couldn't fill the freezer, as it covers the freezer's air outlet, there can't be anything in front of it (I've never seen that). After the 3 visits, I requested a refund from the company as it was not resolved, and the company does not answer the phone or answer messages. So I'm here to register the terrible service and respect for the customer, as the payment was made and the company did not refund, which is the consumer's right for a service that was not delivered. Even information from youtube the company asked me to see and get informed. therefore, I canceled the fourth visit they were going to try and it wouldn't do. I await an urgent return from the company, as I will enter PROCON.
