Com deboche me respondeu, quando perguntei o por que de certo aumento da porcentagem no valor, pois pagaria em cartão de débito. Quando fui buscar minha mercadoria, ouvi ela comentar com o outro casal, que adentrara, posteriormente, sobre meu questionamento. Para evitar um problema, calei-me. Perderam um cliente, e nunca indicarem tal firma, à ninguém!!!!????????
Yesterday I was at the aforementioned firm, and I was very poorly attended by the secretary/salesperson. He replied mockingly when I asked him why there was a certain percentage increase in the value, as he would pay by debit card. When I went to get my merchandise, I heard her comment to the other couple, who had come in later, about my questioning. To avoid a problem, I shut up. They lost a client, and never recommend such a firm to anyone!!!!????????

Terrible service, except for one gentleman, who I think is the owner and the little guy on delivery. Push game when delivering the material, besides, I spent the day calling the store and no one answers.
