★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Insatisfação! Solicitei um combo para pagamento em crédito e infelizmente aconteceu de quebrar o cartão. Solicitei então o cancelamento do pedido, pois não teria outro meio para pagamento e fui extremamente mal tratada, me senti verdadeiramente humilhada, quem respondeu a mensagem não teve o mínimo de empatia e ainda fui bloqueada somente pelo fato de ter dito que não teria outro meio para pagar. Eu até entenderia se eu cancelasse o pedido 10/15 minutos após, mas quando solicitei o cancelamento fazia exatamente 5 minutos que tinha feito e em 5 minutos não dá tempo de montar uma caixa de lanche com tantos itens como o que eu havia pedido. Não duvido que o lanche seja maravilhoso, mas não existe empatia e respeito com o cliente o que conta muito na hora de escolher um estabelecimento para adquirir algo. No mais, pelo atendimento EU NAO RECOMENDO!
Dissatisfaction! I requested a combo for payment on credit and unfortunately it happened to break the card. I then requested the cancellation of the order, as there would be no other means of payment and I was extremely badly treated, I felt truly humiliated, who answered the message did not have the least empathy and I was still blocked just because I said I would have no other way to pay. I would even understand if I canceled the order 10/15 minutes later, but when I requested the cancellation it was exactly 5 minutes that I had done and in 5 minutes there is no time to assemble a snack box with as many items as the one I had ordered. I do not doubt that the snack is wonderful, but there is no empathy and respect with the customer, which counts a lot when choosing an establishment to purchase something. In addition, for the service I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
