Daí em vez deles entrarem em contato para ver se eu gostaria de cancelar ou substituir por outro item, eles simplesmente me enviaram outro creme, sem avisar nada!!
Tentei contato pelo chat, e eles não respondem!
Eles me enviarem esse outro creme só pra me dar a dor de cabeça de ter que ir até um correio (em horário de trabalho!!) pra devolver.
Péssima loja, não comprem!!!
I bought the Nivea Men 4 in 1 cream from Shopee and the product sold out after my purchase had already been made (ie bad store inventory management).
So instead of them contacting me to see if I would like to cancel or replace with another item, they just sent me another cream, without warning!!
I tried to contact them via chat, and they don't respond!
They send me this other cream just to give me the headache of having to go to the post office (during working hours!!) to return it.
Terrible store, do not buy!!!
