Fiquei no interior da loja por certa de 10 minutos esperando as funcionárias terminar de “fofocar” para me atender. Que por sinal um atendimento ruim! Cara fechada e com pouco caso.
Uma pena!
Poor quality service!
I stayed inside the store for about 10 minutes waiting for the employees to finish “gossip” to serve me. What a bad service by the way! Closed face and with little case.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péeeereeeeeeeessimo atendimento,apenas um totem pra pedido dez funcionários em uma loja pequena e os clientes sem ng pra atender.
Pedido veio errado falei com atendente dizendo que talvez eu tivesse pedido errado ela com má vontade com um mau humor que parecia que ia descontar do salário dela.
Sem dizer a demora pra pegar o pedido.
Eu já falei que a loja tem um péeeereeeeeeeessimo atendimento?
Peeeeeeeeeeeessimo service, only one totem to order ten employees in a small store and customers with no ng to answer.
Order came wrong, I spoke to the attendant saying that maybe I had asked her wrong with ill will with a bad mood that looked like I was going to take it out of her salary.
Not to mention the delay in taking the order.
Did I mention that the store has great customer service?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja nova ficou linda e com muitas opções. Porém, a logística dos funcionários tem muito a melhorar. Todas as mesas que estavam desocupadas estavam sujas, com xícaras, guardanapos e embalagens deixados pelos outros clientes, e não vinha sequer um funcionário retirar - desde o momento em que cheguei até quando fui embora, continuou toda a sujeira nas mesas, enquanto havia um monte de cliente em pé -, além de não haver nenhum guardanapo em nenhuma mesa nem no balcão.
New store looks beautiful and with many options. However, employee logistics have a lot to improve. All the tables that were unoccupied were dirty, with cups, napkins and packaging left by other customers, and not even an employee came to remove it - from the moment I arrived until when I left, all the dirt continued on the tables, while there was a lot of standing customer - and there is no napkin on any table or counter.

A cacau show mega store conta com uma loja da cacau show com todos os produtos possíveis da marca e um café delicioso com inúmeras opções, eles possuem totem também para fazer os pedidos, eu voltaria sem nem pensar e também indico fácil. Sobre os valores, não é nada barato, como eu disse pedi um capuccino grande e essa seleção de copinhos de chocolate e saiu 22,50 (preço de fevereiro de 2022), mas eu sinceramente acho que vale a experiência, o lugar é agradável e bem decorado, com cenário que dá pra fazer fotinhas lindas, os funcionários são legais e bem atenciosos, eu amei e recomendo!
I went on a weekday afternoon with my fiance and mother-in-law, it wasn't crowded, we had a super nice afternoon coffee, order cappuccino and a selection of three chocolate cups, everything was delicious! The cocoa show mega store has a cocoa show store with all the possible products from the brand and a delicious coffee with countless options, they also have a totem for ordering, I would go back without even thinking about it and I also recommend it easily. About the values, it's not cheap at all, as I said I ordered a large cappuccino and this selection of chocolate cups and it came out at 22.50 (February 2022 price), but I honestly think it's worth the experience, the place is nice and well decorated, with a setting that you can take beautiful pictures, the staff are nice and very attentive, I loved it and recommend it!

O atendimento é de primeiro mundo e a cafeteria proporciona um momento mágico no passeio, com opções diferente da maioria das cafeterias da rede.
Destaque para o panetone assado quentinho com manteiga e com calda de chocolate, delicioso!
