The queue is well organized and the staff are attentive. It takes a while, but it is due to the large number of customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima..levei minha mãe (idosa) queríamos fazer um sq.porem gostaria de refazer a senha dela a de letras..então sugeri q ela aproveitasse a viagem e fizesse ali msm.a moça deu a senha que não chamava nunca(prioridade) fui lá ver c a moça ela disse q tinha 4 idosos na frente da minha mãe..cerca de 40 min. Não chamava ummmmmm idoso.entao sugeri minha mãe q fizesse o saque na boca do caixa (só precisa da senha de números) e a moça simplesmente se negou a dar!!! Me chatiei e fomos embora...sacamos na lotérica.
Terrible..I took my mother (old) we wanted to do a sq.m. but I would like to redo her password to letters..so I suggested that she enjoy the trip and do there msm.the girl gave the password that never called (priority) I went there to see the girl she said she had 4 seniors in front of my mother..about 40 min. I did not call ummmmmm elderly.so I suggested my mother to make the withdrawal in the mouth of the cashier (only need the password of numbers) and the girl simply refused to give !!! I got bored and we left ... we got the lottery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo em resolução! Tive uma experiência péssima, precisei ir mais de 6 vezes e ainda não consegui resolver algo simples que é entregar a DRM do Fies. Eles pedem pra eu ligar antes mas raramente atendem, a gerente sempre diz que é culpa do sistema (enquanto isso eu sou feita de besta retornando sempre), nunca me senti tão humilhada assim, ainda mais por algo que vou pagar e não receber. Façam financiamento em outras agências! Se eu pudesse daria 0 estrelas.
Lousy in resolution! I had a bad experience, I had to go more than 6 times and I still couldn't solve something simple which is to deliver Fies DRM. They ask me to call before but they rarely answer, the manager always says it's the system's fault (in the meantime I'm made of a beast always returning), I never felt so humiliated like that, even more for something I will pay and not receive. Make financing in other agencies! If I could I would give 0 stars.
