O que e bom na cake now nome,e que os bolos nĂŁo tem gosto de essĂȘncia, eles sĂŁo bolos caseiro,amo e recomendo.

â â â â â Precisa mudar alguns sabores, peguei um de ninho e estava meio passado, gosto de coisa velha, mas sou cliente hĂĄ muito tempo e acabei comprando novamente e estavam bons os que levei hoje, poderia ter uns sabores novos pois exemplo red velvet, bolos salgados e etc.
SĂł tem dois tipos do salgado e sĂŁo realmente com muito sal.
It needs to change some flavors, I took a nest and it was kind of old, I like old stuff, but I've been a customer for a long time and I ended up buying again and the ones I took today were good, could have some new flavors, for example red velvet, etc.

â â â â â A loja Ă© uma grande piada de mal gosto. Nunca tem bolos disponĂvel, a pessoa que talvez seja gerente do estabelecimento nĂŁo sabe receber feedbacks e espera que o cliente encontre soluçÔes que ele mesmo deveria encontrar.
Hoje fui atĂ© a loja, pedi um bolo de prestĂgio que estava no expositor, quando entĂŁo me informaram que aquele bolo em questĂŁo estava reservado (sendo que nĂŁo havia NENHUMA identificação para tal). Pediram que eu esperasse 10 minutos para que montassem um bolo de prestĂgio para mim, pois a minha sugestĂŁo, de que me vendessem aquele que jĂĄ estava pronto e montassem outro para quem o fosse retirar nĂŁo pode ser atendida. Eis entĂŁo que este talvez gerente, retorna da cozinha e informa que nĂŁo teria bolo de chocolate.
A loja Ă© uma loja que vende Ășnica e exclusivamente bolos e simplesmente nĂŁo tem produtos para vender. A qualquer horĂĄrio do dia, pode-se ir ali que a quantidade de bolos disponĂveis para venda Ă© tĂŁo escassa que se pode contar nos dedos e possivelmente ainda lhe faltarĂŁo dedos.
Sugiro que haja uma melhor organização do local Ă fim de atender sua clientela e, ainda, que aprendam a ser ouvintes, nem todo feedback Ă© uma crĂtica injustificada.
Por fim, me dirigi 'a outro estabelecimento e comprei lĂĄ o bolo que eu queria.
The store is a big bad joke. There are never any cakes available, the person who may be the manager of the establishment does not know how to receive feedback and expects the customer to find solutions that he should find himself.
Today I went to the store, asked for a prestigious cake that was on the display, when they informed me that that cake in question was reserved (and there was NO identification for it). They asked me to wait 10 minutes for them to assemble a prestigious cake for me, because my suggestion that they sell me the one that was already ready and assemble another one for whoever was going to take it out could not be answered. This is when this perhaps manager returns from the kitchen and informs him that there would be no chocolate cake.
The store is a store that sells solely and exclusively cakes and simply has no products to sell. At any time of the day, you can go there because the amount of cakes available for sale is so scarce that you can count on your fingers and possibly you will still be missing fingers.
I suggest that there is a better organization of the place in order to serve its clientele and, still, that they learn to be listeners, not all feedback is an unjustified criticism.
Finally, I went to another establishment and bought the cake I wanted there.
