Atendimento telefônico péssimo, colocam você na espera para ser atendido e ninguém tem o menor interesse de ajudar a pessoa que está na outra linha, o pior de tudo é que estou tentando ligar á duas horas e nada, 18 chamadas e nenhuma ajuda!
Sinceramente uma instituição, que ensina jovens á como se comportar e adquirir conhecimento para entrar no mercado de trabalho, teria que ser o exemplo, e se prontificar para nos ajudar, mas pelo visto é muito pelo contrário, parecem que estão lá trabalhando para fazer um favor á empresa!
Situação decepcionante, não sugiro ninguém á ligar e ter a mesma experiência!
