★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adoramos o lugar já faz mais de 10 anos que frequentamos, sempre tivemos um ótimo atendimento, produtos de qualidade. Enfim sempre que dá saímos de Campinas e vamos até Louveira com a família pra comer um delicioso Pastel ???
 We've loved the place for over 10 years, we've always had great service, quality products. Anyway, whenever possible, we leave Campinas and go to Louveira with the family to eat a delicious Pastel ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O pastel é muito bom, porém já é a terceira vez que peço pastel e fico desapontada, na primeira vez, o pedido chegou uma hora e meia depois com os pastéis frios, na segunda a mesma coisa e hoje foi a última vez q tentei comprar novamente, hoje fiz o meu pedido as 20:30 da noite e as 23:00 ainda não havia chegada, mandei msg por três vezes para perguntar e sempre me informavam que o motoboy já tinha saído de lá, mandei a última msg as 23 horas cancelando meu pedido e quando foi 23:30 o motoboy chegou na frente da minha casa falando q havia saído de lá com a minha entrega tinha 20 minutos, achei um descaso foram quase 3 horas de espera e ainda com mentiras, se querem fazer delivery contrate mais funcionários para entrega e de mais atenção aos clientes... das 20:30 até as 23:30 um absurdo.
The pastel is very good, but it's the third time I order pastel and I'm disappointed, the first time the order came an hour and a half later with the cold pastels, the second the same thing and today was the last time I tried to buy again, today I placed my order at 20:30 at night and at 23:00 there was still no arrival, I sent a message three times to ask and I was always informed that the courier had already left there, I sent the last message at 11 pm canceling my order and when it was 23:30 the motoboy arrived in front of my house saying that he had left there with my delivery I had 20 minutes, I thought it was negligible there were almost 3 hours of waiting and still with lies, if you want to do delivery, hire more employees for delivery and more attention to customers... from 20:30 to 23:30 is absurd.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simplesmente péssimos! Tentei fazer um pedido no delivery e por falta de atenção meu pedido não foi anotado. Fiquei esperando, depois de 1hr mais ou menos fui confirmar e eles não tinham nem anotado. PÉSSIMOS!
Just bad! I tried to place an order in delivery and due to lack of attention my order was not taken. I was waiting, after 1hr or so I went to confirm and they hadn't even noted it down. TERRIBLE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O pastel já foi muito bom. Mas os ingredientes usados tem ficado cada vez piores. O pastel é grande e caro, mas com qualidade baixíssima.
The pastry was very good. But the ingredients used have gotten worse and worse. The pastel is large and expensive, but with very low quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente o pastel desse lugar perdeu muito em qualidade. É nitidamente perceptível a baixa qualidade dos produtos usados no recheio. Sabor deixa a desejar e infelizmente não aceitam bem o feedback do cliente.
Unfortunately, the pastel at this place has lost a lot in quality. The low quality of the products used in the filling is clearly noticeable. Flavor leaves something to be desired and unfortunately they don't take customer feedback well.
