Ao chegar no local fui recepcionado pelo proprietário até então mesmo ciente do horário faltando 15 minutos para fechar, após alguns minutos estacionado esperando ser atendido dois lavadores que estavam próximo tiveram a infelicidade de realizar o seguinte comentário: TEM O DIA INTEIRO PARA LAVAR O CARRO E VEM ESSA HORA SERA QUE NAO SE TOCA. O proprietário aínda tentou se desculpar pela atitude mais infelizmente esse tipo de atitude eu como consumidor não tolero.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Limpeza péssima, não aspiraram direito o interior do carro, continuou cheio de pelo de cachorro, quebraram e perderam a peça que segura o cinto de segurança do banco traseiro. Tinha até folha ainda dentro do carro que eles deixaram lá. Um infeliz bateu no meu carro e fugiu, o para-choques do meu carro caiu e as pessoas que trabalham lá nem ajudaram a não deixar o cara fugir. Fizemos o boletim de ocorrência e estamos aguardando. Disseram que o cara é cliente regular de lá. Lugar péssimo! Pena que não tem como dar zero de nota, pois nem isso merecem!
Bad cleaning, they didn't vacuum the inside of the car properly, it was still full of dog hair, they broke and lost the part that holds the seat belt in the back seat. There was even a leaf still inside the car they left there. A wretch hit my car and ran away, my car's bumper fell off and the people working there didn't even help not to let the guy get away. We made the incident report and are waiting. They said the guy is a regular customer there. Terrible place! Too bad there's no way to give zero marks, because they don't even deserve that!
