Foi realizada a entrega e instalação do produto diverso do adquirido, identificada apenas após a instalação. O vendedor questionou se desejava a troca, todavia, optamos por não trocar o produto.
O piso laminado foi instalado com acabamento ruim, posteriormente, o instalador realizou alguns reparos e mesmo com as minhas considerações insistiu em dizer que o acabamento era o que se apresentava.
Convidei o vendedor (André) para visitar meu imóvel e inspecionar a instalação, todavia, essa solicitação foi ignorada.

Positives: Fast delivery and installation.
Negative points: Product different from the acquired; bad finish (installation) and bad after sales.
The product was delivered and installed differently from the one purchased, identified only after installation. The seller asked if he wanted the exchange, however, we chose not to exchange the product.
The laminate floor was installed with a bad finish, afterwards, the installer carried out some repairs and even with my considerations he insisted on saying that the finish was what was presented.
I invited the seller (André) to visit my property and inspect the installation, however, this request was ignored.

O André foi super atencioso desde o primeiro contato, foi pessoalmente no apartamento medir corretamente o tamanho para saber a quantidade de piso e, no dia seguinte da visita, já entregou o material e a equipe de instaladores montou o piso da melhor forma possível. Super recomendo para todos, pq além de ter o melhor preço, entregam e instalam super rápido.
