★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não compro mais na Casa Modelo e nem minha família, a entrega demora demais, isso porque moro perto da Casa Modelo, tem uma funcionária que se chama Laiza é muito mal educada e arrogante, fui mal tratado pessoalmente e tratou minha esposa com descaso por telefone. Não recomendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um material ontem e o atendente informou que não tinha no momento, que entregaria junto com material pesado que seria entregue no dia seguinte. Hoje, 19/01/2019 entregaram em minha casa faltando parte dele e o não deram satisfação.
Liguei na loja e o telefone não funciona.
Fui até a loja e encontrei a loja de portas fechada. Falei com um dos vendedores e recebi a informação que ainda não tem o material na loja, que vai chegar mais tarde e pediu que eu passasse mais tarde la.
Um descanso total com o cliente.
I bought a material yesterday and the attendant informed that it was not available at the moment, that it would be delivered together with heavy material that would be delivered the next day. Today, 01/19/2019, they delivered part of it to my house and did not give it any satisfaction.
I called the store and the phone doesn't work.

Dizem pra comprar com dois dias de antecedência, mesmo assim demoraram pra entregar e como consequência, atrasaram nossa obra em cinco dias. Da próxima vez que eu comprar aí, "lógico que não", vou comprar com um ano de antecedência, pra ver se entregam na data combinada!!
I do not recommend it, but it is up to each one. They say to buy two days in advance, even so they took a long time to deliver and as a consequence, they delayed our work by five days.
