posso afirmar que está empresa explora demais seus funcionários.
tem hora pra entrar mas não tem hora pra sair .
exigem , isso mesmo . exigem que você faz hora extra . e até hoje não recebi nenhum centavo de hora extra que fiz pra eles .
eles tambem sempre atrasa vale transporte.
salário vinha faltando também e pra eles reembolsar era a maior canseira.
fora que eles não pagam insalubridade para os funcionários que trabalha num local com temperatura de -18°.
mas o pior ainda está por vir .
na entrevista eles me prometeram tudo e mais um pouco.
hora extra, adicional noturno, adicional de insalubridade , premiação mensal, vale cesta.
nem vale cesta eu peguei rsrsrs.
isso ocorreu do final do ano passado pra janeiro .
bom, hoje eu trabalho em outra empresa. muito mais justa e transparente com os funcionários, estou bem e graças a Deus consigo levar o sustento pra minha família
mas fica aí. essa constatação pra quem pensa em entrar pra este time aí da swift.
I worked a few months on this CD.
I can say that this company exploits its employees too much.
There is a time to enter but no time to leave.
demand , just that . require you to work overtime. and to this day I haven't received a single cent of overtime I made for them.
They also always delay shipping costs.
salary was also lacking and for them to reimburse was the biggest tiring.
apart from that they do not pay unhealthy work for employees who work in a place with a temperature of -18°.
but the worst is yet to come.
in the interview they promised me everything and more.
overtime, night shift, unhealthy work premium, monthly award, basket voucher.
not even worth a basket I took it lol.
this happened from the end of last year to January.
Well, today I work in another company. much fairer and more transparent with the employees, I'm fine and thank God I can take care of my family
but stay there. this realization for those who think about joining this team at swift.
