★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tão falando que estão trabalhando com pessoal reduzido, mas estão entregando. Minha encomenda fica há 02 km de onde moro e tá lá tem 02 semanas e nem buscar você pode, porque "devido a greve não estamos atendendo". : )
So saying they are working with reduced staff, but they are delivering. My order is 2 km away from where I live and it's been there for 2 weeks and you can't even pick it up, because "due to the strike, we're not taking care of it". :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo! Atendimento o pior possível, ninguém sabe de nada. E sem contar que chegam no prédio e gritam da rua o apartamento da pessoa. Eles têm conhecimento que não prédios aqui não tem caixa de correios, sendo assim deveriam entrar e gritar se essa for a prática. Bom, péssimo encomenda que deveria chegar dia 25.06... veio entregar dia 03 deve ter gritado como muitas vezes eu vi. E reclamei péssimo!!
Terrible! Service the worst possible, nobody knows anything. Not to mention that they arrive at the building and shout the person's apartment from the street. They know that no buildings here have no mailbox, so they should come in and shout if that is the practice. Well, bad order that should arrive on 25.06 ... came to deliver on 03 must have shouted how many times I saw it. And I complained terrible !!

EVERY TIME I HAVE A HEADACHE, THEY DON'T WORK RIGHT, LIE SAYING THAT THEY WERE NOT ATTENDED, WORST SERVICE! I HOPE THAT THEY PRIVATIZE SOON AND END THIS BAD SERVICE

It's rubbish, makes you wait all day and at the end of the day they say that the postman was not answered.
