★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja sem variedade, apenas mais do mesmo, e com poucas opções. Pelo tamanho da loja, deveriam colocar mais ítens , principalmente os de manutenção e reparo. Loja desorganizada difícil encontrar as coisas. Não tem um padrão de ítens nas prateleiras. E os funcionários não sabem de nada, e se perguntar algo, eles parecem se irritar por estarmos atrapalhando a conversa da rodinha deles
Shop without variety, just more of the same, and with few options. Due to the size of the store, they should put more items, mainly maintenance and repair items. Disorganized shop difficult to find things. There is no pattern of items on the shelves. And the employees don't know anything, and if you ask them something, they seem to get annoyed that we're getting in the way of their wheel conversation.

Lugar amplo com gama diversificada de produtos.
Realizei um projeto de pintura em um apartamento no Guarujá e precisei de alguns produtos extras na qual tinha levado e os encontrei no Center Castilho.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrei lá e perguntei onde ficavam os adaptadores de tomada, o funcionário (que estava conversando em um grupo com 3 outros funcionários) disse que era no primeiro corredor à direita e que eu deveria perguntar pro funcionário lá. Fiquei minutos rondando aquele corredor sem encontrar os adaptadores e ninguém veio me ajudar. Passaram uns dois funcionários por mim, mas estavam ocupados com outra coisa e nem falaram comigo. Mesmo eu estando parado no corredor central em plena vista do grupo dos 4 funcionários, eles continuaram conversando entre si em vez de vir perguntar se eu precisava de algo. Talvez estavam em alguma reunião importante, mas só sei que me cansei de ser mal atendido e fui embora.
I went in there and asked where the plug adapters were, the employee (who was talking in a group with 3 other employees) said it was in the first hallway on the right and that I should ask the employee there. I spent minutes walking around that corridor without finding the adapters and no one came to help me. A couple of employees passed me, but they were busy with something else and didn't even speak to me. Even though I was standing in the central aisle in full view of the group of 4 employees, they continued talking to each other instead of asking if I needed anything. Maybe they were at some important meeting, but all I know is that I got tired of being treated poorly and left.
