★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi um vinho eram 23:35. Não aceitaram. Minha localização era 5 min do local. Liguei pra saber porque e o atendente foi super grosseiro. Praticamente desligaram na minha cara!
I ordered a wine it was 11:35 pm. They did not accept. My location was 5 min from the location. I called to find out why and the attendant was super rude. They practically hung up on me!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Encomendei uma caixa de cerveja para o aniversário de um amigo as 20hrs da noite, do sábado dia 11/07/20. Foi informado que o pedido já seria entregue pois seria para comemorar o aniversário dele. Tal foi a minha surpresa quando me ligam as 1h da manhã para informar que estavam na frente do endereço que eu havia informado! Às 1hora da madrugada!!!! Não tem porteiro no prédio do meu amigo para receber o presente e já estavam todos dormindo há muito tempo. Mandei um whatsapp falando da minha indignação e não obtive nenhuma resposta ou justificativa para o que aconteceu! Fiquei revoltada! Principalmente porque minha bebê dorme no quarto comigo e ao me ligar às 1h da manha,ele acordou todos do quarto!
I ordered a box of beer for a friend's birthday at 8pm, on Saturday 11/07/20. It was informed that the order would already be delivered as it was to celebrate his birthday. Such was my surprise when they call me at 1 am to inform that they were in front of the address that I had informed! At 1 o'clock in the morning !!!! There is no doorman in my friend's building to receive the gift and they were all asleep for a long time. I sent a whatsapp talking about my indignation and got no answer or justification for what happened! I was disgusted! Mainly because my baby sleeps in the room with me and when he calls me at 1 am, he woke everyone up in the room!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Além do péssimo atendimento, fomos enganados pela atendente do caixa. Fomos coagidos a pagar um valor maior que 15% na cerveja. A atendente informou que o preço do sistema estava divergente do preço real, portanto iria passar somente as cervejas de forma separada, sem informar o valor que estava no sistema. Um dia depois, voltamos no estabelecimento para comprar outras coisas e por curiosidade perguntei ao rapaz que estava no caixa quanto custava a tal cerveja. Ele informou o real valor. Hoje, dia 31/12, voltamos no estabelecimento para explicar a situação e ver qual medida eles tomariam. Com três funcionários que eu consegui ver, nem a porta abriram. Perguntei aos funcionários que estavam na área externa se estavam atendendo, confirmaram que sim, estavam. Um mal estar e humilhação gigante. Nunca pisem nesse lugar, os funcionários não praticam educação básica, como bom dia/tarde/noite, obrigado... dou 1 estrela pois é o minimo na avaliação. Nunca e em nenhum estado fui tão má atendido em toda minha vida.
