Muito ignorante no atendimento chegou ao ponto de dizer que não iria me atender só porque eu ia mostrar a lâmpada queimada do meu carro e ele não sabia dizer que venderia a lâmpada correta, bastava apenas fazer uma pesquisa se ele tava com dúvidas e saberíamos qual lâmpada correta, eu mesmo fiz a pesquisa no manual do meu carro e identifiquei a referência da lâmpada, no entanto, ele preferiu ser ignorante dizendo que não me atenderia. Absurdo isso.
