★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Equipe do Buffet completamente despreparada, o almoço a intenção era self-service mas havia um funcionário manuseando as comidas, houve apenas uma rodada de sucos e logo disseram que havia acabado , as pessoas que não poderiam tomar refri tiveram de tomar água. Dois funcionários começaram discutir sobre não ter mais pratos disponíveis na minha frente e que ele "nao poderia falar assim". Enfim, falta preparo a equipe. Duas estrelas pois apesar deste constrangimento o sitio é bem organizado e limpinho só a piscina que estava suja.
Buffet staff completely unprepared, lunch was intended to be self-service but there was an employee handling the food, there was only one round of juices and soon they said it was over, people who could not have soda had to drink water. Two employees started arguing about not having any more dishes available in front of me and that he "couldn't talk like that". Anyway, the team lacks preparation. Two stars because despite this constraint the site is well organized and clean only the pool was dirty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em época de chuva, há vazamento na casa. Não estavam funcionando nenhuma das geladeiras. Móveis antigos incluindo a televisão, que nem foi ligada pois estava sem energia :/
In the rainy season, there is a leak in the house. None of the refrigerators were working. Old furniture including the television, which was not even turned on because it was out of power :/
