★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Descaso, aguardei por duas horas no local para ser atendido e nem previsão sobre o atendimento foi dada ou informação sobre o atraso. Prometem visitas a domicílio, porém, do mesmo modo, não respondem ou dão satisfações. Talvez o serviço não seja tão ruim quanto o atendimento, porém não tive paciência para atestar.
I did not wait, I waited for two hours at the place to be attended and neither a prediction about the attendance was given nor information about the delay. They promise home visits, but, likewise, they do not respond or give satisfactions. Maybe the service isn't as bad as the service, but I didn't have the patience to testify.

Encomendei dois carimbos, sendo que um deles nao foi feito como eu havia pedido, então ficaram de refazer um dos carimbos e quando fui buscar o carimbo refeito, simplesmente haviam perdido! Mais uma vez iriam refazer e ficou combinado que no dia seguinte eu buscaria. Antes se ir mandei msg confirmado se ja poderia buscá-lo, o que confirmaram, mas quando cheguei ainda tive que esperar pq não estava pronto!!!
Neglect in attendance and disorganization. I ordered two stamps, one of which was not made as I had requested, so they were left to redo one of the stamps and when I went to get the redone stamp, they had simply lost it! Once again they were going to redo it and it was agreed that the next day I would look for it. Before I left, I sent a confirmed message if I could already pick it up, which they confirmed, but when I arrived I still had to wait because it wasn't ready !!!
