Fomos pela primeira vez a hambúrgueria, as mesas estavam sujas, então nos dirigimos ao balcão de atendimento e solicitamos o cardápio para escolher o lanche, a atendente se quer nos olhou, Então informamos que era nossa primeira vez no estabelecimento e não conhecíamos as opções, a funcionária mais uma vez se quer nos olhou e não prestou nenhum atendimento ela apenas informou de forma extremamente rude que todos sabiam como funcionava a hambúrgueria. Ela estava mais preocupada em mexer no computador do que atender a minha família. Então saímos extremamente decepcionados com esse tipo de atendimento.
Horrible service.
We went to the hamburger for the first time, the tables were dirty, so we went to the service counter and asked for the menu to choose the snack, the attendant looked at us, so we informed that it was our first time at the establishment and we did not know the options, the employee once again looked at us and didn't provide any service, she just informed us in an extremely rude way that everyone knew how the hamburger shop worked. She was more concerned with tinkering with the computer than serving my family. So we left extremely disappointed with this type of service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poderia ser 5 estrelas, mas minha primeira experiência não foi muito agradável, fui conhecer o local por saber que o lanche é delicioso, e realmente é!!
Não fui atendida na mesa, que pra mim não teve problema nenhum, fui até o caixa e tirei meu pedido, porém na hora do pagamento foi me cobrado uma taxa de serviço, sem ao menos me perguntar se eu gostaria de pagar, pois eu mesma fui tirar meu pedido!!!
Pra mim o atendimento deixou a desejar!!
Mas o lanche é realmente delicioso!!
It could be 5 stars, but my first experience was not very pleasant, I went to visit the place knowing that the snack is delicious, and it really is!!
I was not served at the table, which was no problem for me, I went to the cashier and took my order, but at the time of payment I was charged a service fee, without even asking me if I would like to pay, because I I went to take my order!!!
The service left something to be desired for me!
But the snack is really delicious!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um pedido pq estava com amigos em casa. Pedi 20:30. Liguei 22:35h e disseram que tinha saído pra entrega há 5 minutos. Eram 23:55h e nada. Pararam de responder as mensagens e ligações. Só voltaram a responder pq falei de outro número de telefone como se fosse cliente novo. Total falta de respeito e consideração. Era mais fácil ter dito a verdade. Me prendeu de fazer outro pedido em outro lugar, pq desde 22:30 ficaram dizendo que já tinha saído e estava entregando. Conclusão: não houve entrega e nem justificativa e a visita foi embora com fome.
I placed an order because I was with friends at home. I asked for 20:30. I called at 10:35 pm and they said it had been out for delivery 5 minutes ago. It was 11:55 pm and nothing. They stopped responding to messages and calls. They only replied because I spoke from another phone number as if I was a new customer. Total lack of respect and consideration. It was easier to have told the truth. It kept me from placing another order elsewhere, because since 10:30 pm they kept saying that it had already left and was delivering. Conclusion: there was no delivery or justification and the visit left hungry.

Vale apena, não é aquele lanche q te deixa pesado sabe?! a entrega não demora, o lanche não é gorduroso, a batata vem seca e quente, toda vez que vou estudar peço no chaves ❤️

Honestly the best place to date.. of all the places in Araruama this was the only one I really got right, the snack is very good! It's worth it, it's not that snack that makes you heavy, you know?! delivery doesn't take long, the snack is not greasy, the potato comes dry and hot, every time I go to study I ask for keys ❤️
