★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, comprei um produto com defeito, ficaram com o item alegando que mandariam para a assistencia, mas me devolveram nas mesmas condições, ofereceram troca, porém não aceitei, visto que o problema nem havia sido investigado e quem poderia me garantir que não receberia outro produto com problemas? O reembolso foi negado. Entrei em contato com o atendimento da Marca e fui informada que a Loja deveria ter recolhido o produto, enviado para a assistencia, fornecendo uma ordem de serviço, que não me foi dada, e por volta de 30 dias viria o procedimento a ser tomado, troca, ou reembolso caso o problema seja estrutural, ou seja, defeito de fábrica...
Recomendo que se compre produtos da Chilli Beans em lojas, visto que esses quiosques não sabem como proceder e nem atender um problema do cliente... lamentável...
