★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Era cliente desde quando a loja era em Santo Andre na Perimetral, a dois anos o atendimento ficou péssimo, chopp estragado, você vai retirar e não tem o que vc reservou, a ultima vez esperei duas horas e meia para chegar uma chopeira a qual não era a que tinha combinado. O atendimento está pessimo e nao te retornam vc que tem que correr atrás. Nao adianta ter preço e o serviço ser péssimo. Não indico, procure outro distribuidor Ashby tem vários no ABC e Sao Paulo. Eu se fosse a Ashby, descredenciaria como distribuidor, estão queimando a marca.
I was a customer since when the store was in Santo Andre on Perimetral, two years ago the service was terrible, beer was spoiled, you are going to take it out and you don't have what you booked, the last time I waited two and a half hours to get a beer cooler it was the one that had agreed. The service is very bad and they do not return you who have to go after it. There is no point in having a price and the service is terrible. I do not recommend, look for another distributor Ashby has several in ABC and Sao Paulo. If I were Ashby, I would disbelieve as a distributor, they are burning the brand.
