Desde novembro de 2020 quando meu filho começou a jogar lá nunca recebeu o uniforme. Entendo a pandemia e os atrasos mas para receber meu reembolso de volta demorou 3 meses e ainda não gostaram que eu cobrei. Me ameaçaram de acionar o jurídico. Acionar o jurídico pelo que? Por eu expor a falta de respeito que tiveram comigo? Pelo descaso de ficar 3 meses cobrando em receber meu dinheiro de volta? Ainda acham que tem razão! Na hora de pagar a matrícula abriram o sorriso.
I would like to post my indignation and lack of respect that I suffered in relation to the administration of this school. Since November 2020 when my son started playing there he never received the uniform. I understand the pandemic and the delays but it took me 3 months to get my refund back and they still didn't like what I covered. They threatened to sue the legal department. Trigger the legal for what? Why did I expose the lack of respect they had with me? For the neglect of spending 3 months charging to get my money back? They still think you're right! When it was time to pay the tuition, they opened a smile.
