★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo Atendimento!! Total descaso para com o cliente!! Contatei o Gilberto para pedir orçamento, demora em responder e não atende as ligações. Dois dias após eu confirmar o orçamento e pedir para marcar para tirar as medidas corretas do trabalho, me mandou uma mensagem dizendo que estava com muito serviço e não iria fazer o serviço que solicitei. Nessas idas e vindas de desencontros de informações e desistência, perdi 10 dias de início da minha reforma. Lamentável!!! Odiei o atendimento e, com certeza, não indico!!!!
 Terrible attendance!! Total disregard for the customer !! I contacted Gilberto to ask for a quote, it takes too long to answer and he doesn't answer the calls. Two days after I confirmed the budget and asked to make an appointment to take the correct measurements of the job, he sent me a message saying he was doing a lot of work and would not do the job I requested. In these comings and goings of mismatches of information and giving up, I lost 10 days from the beginning of my retirement. Unfortunate!!! I hated the service and, certainly, I do not recommend !!!!
