★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência...o atendimento não foi dos mais cortez , mas ainda assim realizei a compra. Pedi um queijo meia cura que fosse durinho, furadinho e salgado, ela me deu um canastra. Chegando em casa verifiquei que o queijo estava com cheiro forte, esbranquiçado por fora com duas pequenas manchas verdes (tipo mofo) , bordas amolecidas e amargo. Voltei algumas horas depois e solicitei a troca muito educadamente, sem ao menos examinar o queijo que levei de volta a atendente disse : "pegue outro de outra marca na geladeira pq esse é pra quem conhece e come queijo ". Eu peguei e perguntei se precisava acertar alguma diferença e sem olhar na minha cara ela disse que não e nem sacola me deu oara levar o produto. Nunca mais volto nem que esta seja a ultima queijaria do mundo, porque o mínimo que um comerciante deve ter é educação e respeito pelo cliente !!!
Bad experience ... the service was not the most courteous, but I still made the purchase. I ordered a half-cured cheese that was tough, pierced and salty, she gave me a canasta. When I got home I noticed that the cheese smelled strong, whitish on the outside with two small green spots (like mold), softened edges and bitter. I came back a few hours later and asked for the exchange very politely, without even examining the cheese I took back, the attendant said: "get another one from another brand in the fridge because this is for those who know and eat cheese". I took it and asked if I needed to make any difference and without looking in my face she said no and she didn't even give me the bag to take the product with. I will never come back even if this is the last cheese shop in the world, because the least a trader should have is education and respect for the customer !!!

Wines & cheeses are just a few examples of what you will find at Cinque Terre. I hope to go back there soon.
