★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência: fui em uma lojo física de OUTRA empresa para comprar minhas malas e não tinha a mala que eu estava interessado então ficaram de entrar em contato no dia seguinte para informar se conseguiam aquele modelo, fiquei dias esperando e não entram em contato.
Então efetuei a compra na CKF Store pela internet e infelizmente o modelo a qual eu comprei estava em falta, mas eles entraram em contato e me deram o melhor atendimento que já recebi. As malas chegaram em 2 dias e são melhores do que já aparenta na foto.

My experience: I went to a physical store in ANOTHER company to buy my bags and I didn't have the suitcase I was interested in, so they stayed in contact the next day to inform me if they could get that model, I waited for days and didn't get in touch.
So I made the purchase at the CKF Store on the internet and unfortunately the model I bought was missing, but they contacted me and gave me the best service I have ever received. The bags arrived in 2 days and are better than they already appear in the photo.
