Liguei falando q queria fazer uma marcação,atendente n quis nem saber se estou trabalhando ou n,me pediu p esperar e me deixou 20 min e eu escutando os bates papos e risos.muita falta de respeito e detalhe: n consegui marcar?

Liguei para a clĂnica para pedir uma informação e a atendente nĂŁo me deixou nem terminar a frase, disse que nĂŁo fazia o exame e desligou o telefone antes mesmo que eu falasse algo.
The clinic can be amazing but I think they should invest in training their attendants.
I called the clinic to ask for information and the attendant didn't even let me finish the sentence, said she didn't do the exam and hung up the phone before I even said anything.
