O lanche até que é gostoso mas o atendimento é péssimo, zero simpatia e cordialidade, sem falar na demora que é sempre absurda. Pedi um lanche recentemente pelo Whatsapp e o prazo para entregar era 1 hora, foram entregar 2 horas e meia depois.
Não compro mais nada la, e eles só tendem a perder mais clientes com o atendimento sem qualidade e atrasos.
DO NOT INDICATE.
The snack is delicious but the service is terrible, zero friendliness and cordiality, not to mention the delay that is always absurd. I recently ordered a snack via Whatsapp and the deadline for delivery was 1 hour, they were delivered 2 and a half hours later.
I don't buy anything there anymore, and they just tend to lose more customers with poor quality service and delays.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, n recomendo mais de 1 hora e meia pra entregar um pedido pelo delivery e pior, n respondem se quer o chat ou atendem o telefone. Se n querem pagar mais funcionários pra trabalhar e atender a demanda, então saiam do app de delivery. Ganhar dinheiro sem qualidade no atendimento e com atrasos extremos não é honesto!
Terrible, I don't recommend more than 1 hour and a half to deliver an order for delivery and worse, they don't respond if you want the chat or answer the phone. If you don't want to pay more employees to work and meet demand, then leave the delivery app. Making money without quality service and extreme delays is not honest!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui comprar sorvete e vi que o valor no app estava diferente, falei com a atendente e a mesma foi falar com a proprietária (mãe dela) sobre o valor. A proprietaria falou pra eu comprar no app se quisesse pois lá no estabelecimento o valor era aquele. Foi grossa e muito mal educada. E pra piorar fizeram meu pedido errado. Nunca mais compro nesse lugar. Pra ter um estabelecimento que atende ao público, no mínimo tem que ter educação.
I went to buy ice cream and saw that the value on the app was different, I spoke to the attendant and she went to talk to the owner (her mother) about the value. The owner told me to buy it on the app if I wanted to because there at the establishment the value was that. It was rude and very rude. And to make matters worse, they made my order wrong. I will never buy from this place again. To have an establishment that serves the public, at least you have to be educated.
