Agora vai fazer 2 anos, fui atendida pelo vendedor Diego, o mesmo fez a arte, imprimiu, fez o topper do bolo no tema Masha e o Urso!!! Ficou top!! Recomendo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não houve um atendimento simpático desde o início de minha chegada ao balcão. Assim observei também com os demais clientes que se aproximavam para pedir informações. Solicitei algumas impressões e ao chegar em casa botei que faltava 01 página. Fui reclamar e ouvi a seguinte frase: "te avisei para conferir." - Não recomendo os serviços.
There was no friendly service from the beginning of my arrival at the counter. So I also observed with the other customers who approached to ask for information. I requested some prints and when I got home I found that 01 page was missing. I went to complain and heard the following sentence: "I told you to check it out." - I do not recommend the services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não existe preço definido por serviço. Se você consultar por email, depois por WhatsApp e depois por telefone no mesmo dia - irá receber um orçamento diferente por cada canal.
Se pedir pra outra pessoa perguntar a mesma coisa, já é outro valor.
No último serviço que solicitei recebi um orçamento, mandei produzir e na hora de pagar me deram outro valor.
Não dá pra confiar.
There is no set price per service. If you consult by email, then by WhatsApp and then by phone on the same day - you will receive a different quote for each channel.
If you ask someone else to ask the same thing, it's already another value.
In the last service I requested, I received a quote, I ordered it to be produced and when it was time to pay, they gave me another price.
Can't be trusted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É a terceira vez que mando encadernar um relatório e NÃO ADIANTA ELES NÃO SABEM NEM FAZER ISSO, deixam páginas sem furar, furam na beirada a página fica meio furada meio sem furar um horror, tinhamos uma ótima que era a Adhefix se mudou vou ter que ir no km18 para encadernar pois NÃO TEM UM ESTABELECIMENTO COM CAPACIDADE PARA FAZER ESSE T5ABALHO TÃO SIMPLES, NUNCA MANDE ENCADERNAR ATAS, TCC NEM NADA POIS NÃO DÁ PARA REENCADERNAR COMO EU TENHO QUE FAZER TODOS OS MESES, ESTOU FORA DESTA COISA E ESPERO QUE TODOS ESTEJAM FORA TAMBÉM OU ELES APRENDEM A TRABALHAR OU FECHAM ESSA .......
Em resposta a sua resposta informo que as folhas que não foram perfuradas e as várias que ficaram perfuradas pela metade ou seja não dá para encadernar foram exatamente as de papel as divisórias não houve problema
