Depois de 1h40 de espera, na segunda consulta consecutiva e apĂłs 2 minutos de exame superficial, ele simplesmente sai da sala e a recepcionista entra dizendo que âo Doutor vai encaminharâ, ou âo Doutor vai pedir um exameâ. E quer cobrar a consulta do plano!
Dr Humberto, ou nĂŁo tem conhecimento na sua ĂĄrea ou estĂĄ simplesmente interessado em âfaturarâ fĂĄcil, com pseudo consultas oftalmolĂłgicas de 2 minutos onde nĂŁo se dĂĄ o trabalho de falar com o paciente.
PĂ©ssimo! HorrĂvel! Devia ter o CRM cassado.

Dr Humberto, either has no knowledge in his field or is simply interested in "making money" easily, with pseudo ophthalmic consultations of 2 minutes where he does not bother to talk to the patient.

â â â â â Pra mim o Dr Humberto Ă© o melhor da cidade, mais de fato isso de horĂĄrio Ă© uma grande falta de respeito. PorĂ©m qnd vc tĂĄ sendo atendido por ele, ele nĂŁo tem pressa, nao te atende de qlq jeito pq tem outros esperando, da toda atenção q pode.
For me, Dr Humberto is the best in the city, but in fact, his schedule is a great lack of respect. But when you are being attended by him, he is in no hurry, he doesnât answer you any way, because there are others waiting, give him all the attention he can.

Moro numa cidade vizinha, devido a pandemia paguei uber e chegando no consultĂłrio a secretaria disse ele ele teve que fazer uma cirurgia e nĂŁo saberia a hora que voltaria, disse pra eu ir voltar mais tarde, como assim? NĂŁo moro aqui! EntĂŁo me falou se eu quisesse fosse dar uma voltinha, ah me poupe! Permaneci ali por uma hora ai ela ligou pra ele e veio a resposta,que nĂŁo daria pra voltar ao consultĂłrio, PERDEU, NĂO VOLTO MAIS AI.

â â â â â Quanto a capacidade do mĂ©dico nada a reclamar, o problema Ă© o atendimento, apĂłs 2 horas de espera eu desisti, me senti desrespeitado, me ligaram 2 vezes confirmando o horĂĄrio pra consulta, no dia consulta um atraso de mais de duas horas Ă© inadmissĂvel.
Perdi 2h e 20 min. da minha vida numa sala de espera.
Atrasos sĂŁo compreensĂveis, hoje em dia maioria das pessoas tem Whatsapp avise que estĂĄ com 30 min. 1 hora de atraso. Se o tempo do Dr. Ă© precioso e dos seus pacientes tambĂ©m.
Unimed não é barato e farei reclamação lå também.
Perdeu 2 clientes.
NĂŁo recomendo.

Delays are understandable, nowadays most people have Whatsapp let us know that it is 30 min. 1 hour late. If Dr.'s time is precious and your patients' time too.
Unimed is not cheap and I will make a complaint there too.
Lost 2 customers.

â â â â â HĂĄ quinze anos que o Dr. Humberto Ă© o meu oftalmologista, desde Ăłculos atĂ© lente de contato e atĂ© conversas de cirurgia para correção foram feitas nesses 15 anos. Andei lendo no google que ele tinha uma mĂĄ reputação com atendimento porĂ©m nunca aconteceu comigo, atĂ© hoje. Agendado a consulta para as 9:00 horas, 9:30 ele ainda NĂO TINHA CHEGADO NO CONSULTĂRIO e haviam 5 pacientes anteriores a mim. Se existe algo que eu nĂŁo suporto, Ă© falta de respeito, cancelei a consulta particular e perdeu um paciente. Todos que se sentem incomodados deveriam fazer o mesmo. NĂO RECOMENDO, passem por qualquer outro oftalmo de Araraquara.

â â â â â Dr Humberto nĂŁo tem um pingo de respeito e consideração pelos seus pacientes, para conseguir ser atendido com ele o paciente tem que esperar no minino 1 hora no consultĂłrio e as Ășltimas duas consultas que eu marquei com ele, ele nem se quer apareceu para atender. Completo desrespeito com os pacientes. Na minha opiniĂŁo pĂ©ssimo profissional.
Dr Humberto doesn't have an ounce of respect and consideration for his patients, to be able to be seen with him the patient has to wait at least 1 hour in the office and the last two appointments I scheduled with him, he didn't even show up to attend. Complete disrespect for patients. In my terrible professional opinion.

â â â â â PĂ©ssimo atendimento! A ultima vez de minha consulta,ele se superou! Meu horĂĄrio era as 11 h, fui atendida quase as 14:30h,um absurdo! Fiz os exames, apĂłs,me levou em outra sala, me fazendo acreditar que continuaria a fazer mais exames; apĂłs uns 5 minutos em uma sala escura, umas das atendentes chega com minha bolsa e uma receita de colĂrio e informando o retorno em 40 dias, alĂ©m Ă© claro de um falso diagnĂłstico, pois sĂł fui saber que nĂŁo estava com o problema mencionado por ele apĂłs fazer novas consultas e exames em outros consultĂłrios!
Recomendo zero! Ainda nĂŁo sei o pq a Unimed nĂŁo tomou providĂȘncias a respeito!

I recommend zero! I still don't know why Unimed didn't take action about it!
