★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui atendida pela Dra. Yumi, muito atenciosa, educada e simpática. Tenho muitas pintas, e ela olhou todas, uma por uma. Teve uma que ela achou necessário tirar para mandar para biópsia. Foi muito cuidadosa.

Entrei em contato com a clinica para marcação de consulta e informei se aceitava o convenio X, disseram que SIM (não lembro qual atendente). Marquei a consulta, no dia marcado ao chegar na clinica DERMAFOCO, foi informado ao paciente que seu convenio (o qual havia informado no atendimento) NÃO era aceito. Isso que liguei mais de uma vez, pois tive que remarcar esta mesma consulta. Além do mais, o que foi dito ao paciente no dia da consulta marcada, questionando o sobre seu convenio, NÃO condiz com o que foi dito no primeiro atendimento via telefone, causando total constrangimento fazendo com o que o paciente saísse de sua rotina, se deslocando até a clinica, pagando estacionamento para dizerem que seu convenio não era aceito. Nestes casos podemos ver que houve falha na comunicação, o que poderia ter sido poupado se tivesse sido esclarecido no primeiro atendimento - via telefone.
Lousy Service - CLINICA DERMAFOCO
I contacted the clinic to make an appointment and informed if I accepted agreement X, they said YES (I don't remember which attendant). I made an appointment, on the scheduled day when I arrived at the DERMAFOCO clinic, the patient was informed that his agreement (which he had informed in the service) was NOT accepted. That's what I called more than once, because I had to reschedule this same appointment. Furthermore, what was said to the patient on the day of the scheduled appointment, questioning him about his agreement, DOES NOT match what was said in the first appointment via phone, causing total embarrassment by causing the patient to leave his routine, if traveling to the clinic, paying for parking to say that their agreement was not accepted. In these cases, we can see that there was a failure in communication, which could have been saved if it had been clarified in the first call - via telephone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não respeitam o seu horário marcado . Apesar de minha filha ter chegado ao consultório antes do paciente que deveria ser atendido antes dela e estava atrasado , passaram ele na frente dela . Ela tinha compromissos e teve que sair do consultório após uma hora de espera sem ser atendida .

Após o episódio, a dona da clínica me ligou, quis entender cada detalhe e marcamos uma nova consulta com outra profissional que foi muito ótima!
Além disso, nesse intervalo, contrai um conjuntivite e, em um gesto super delicado, a clínica me mandou flores desejando plena recuperação.
As pessoas erram, mas tenho que reconhecer que foram umas queridas e entenderam a minha opinião.

Passei com a Dra. Romy, não indico.
Achei ela ríspida, não tirou minha maquiagem para avaliar a pele, sendo que minha queixa era acne e manchas. Analisou com lupa o rosto e até o couro cabeludo, mas no final me perguntou se eu considerava minha pele mista ou oleosa, acredito que ela que deveria saber. Falei também que me incomodava com algumas linhas de expressão que estavam aparecendo, ela informou que só botox e quando perguntei se faziam, me ignorou, será que ela achou que eu não poderia pagar? Não entendi.
Falou que eu tinha que fazer pelo menos limpeza de pele, aí no final da consulta falou que para fazer a limpeza a pele tinha que estar boa. Então para que serve a limpeza de pele, afinal?
Me receitou um ácido que mancha tecido da fronha e disse: usa se você quiser, vai de você. Achei o jeito muito grosso de atender. Enfim, estou em busca de outro profissional em outra clínica.

I thought she was harsh, she didn't take my makeup off to assess the skin, and my complaint was acne and blemishes. He analyzed his face with a magnifying glass and even his scalp, but in the end he asked me if I considered my skin to be mixed or oily, I believe she should know. I also said that I was bothered by some expression lines that were appearing, she informed me that only botox and when I asked if they did it, she ignored me, did she think I couldn't afford it? I did not understand.
He said that I had to do at least skin cleansing, then at the end of the consultation he said that to do the cleaning, the skin had to be good. So what is skin cleaning for, anyway?
I was prescribed an acid that stains fabric from the pillowcase and said: use it if you want, go with you. I found the way too thick to answer. Anyway, I'm looking for another professional in another clinic.

A minha consulta era as 17:30 cheguei dentro Porém uma moça chegou atrasada a consulta dela era as 15:30 e a Dra Priscila passou ela na frente ,ou seja, uma falta de respeito pois eu fiz tudo correndo para poder honrar com o meu horário e a clínica não fez o mesmo.
