O atendimento é impecável, desde a pessoa que fica na portaria, as recepcionistas EXTREMAMENTE PRESTATIVAS, em especial uma ruiva do cabelo curto, as auxiliares dos exames, e médicos. Acho que a clínica tem um atendimento sensacional, e esse motivo me leva a frequentar sempre mesmo não sendo tão próximo à minha casa. Estão de parabéns!
I am always satisfied in this unit. The service is impeccable, from the person who stays at the reception desk, to the EXTREMELY PRESTATIVE receptionists, especially a short-haired redhead, the exam assistants, and doctors. I think the clinic has a sensational service, and this reason leads me to always attend even though it is not so close to my home. They are to be congratulated!

Quero deixar registrada a satisfação em especial para a Elisete, pois a ressonância é bem chata, primeira vez que fiz, e ela é muuuuito atenciosa. Me deixou mais tranquila. Obrigada Elisete ????
I was recently for the first one a few days ago to have an MRI, and very satisfied with everyone's service. I want to record the satisfaction, especially for Elisete, because the resonance is very boring, the first time I did it, and she is soooo attentive. It made me calmer. Thank you Elisete ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked MRI but when arrived there, the security guy said the responsible personnel had left already. I had a twisted ankle and was walking with crutches. We explained that we had an appointment for MRI for my ankle. The security guy went up and then one of administrators came down and asked if I could go up (even by elevator) to complete the questionnaire form! He was looking at me seeing that I had difficulties to walk and still proposed me to go up. Just to understand it’s a place where you pay 1300 reais for MRI of ankle! My husband went up up instead and then he came back saying that we better find another place than paying a fortune at the place where people behave like they do you a favor. Very disappointing experience.
