★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou paciente da Dra Ana faz mais de 15 anos, e posso dizer que essa medica salvou minha vida, pois ela ve o paciente como um todo e descobriu um cancer inicial que tratei e nao fiquei com sequelas, minha familia inteira passa com ela e tambem adoram. Super recomendo.
 I have been a patient of Dr. Ana for more than 15 years, and I can say that this doctor saved my life, because she sees the patient as a whole and discovered an initial cancer that I treated and I did not have sequelae, my whole family goes with her and also love it. Super recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui paciente da Dra. Ana por mais de doze anos. É uma ótima médica , embora respeite mais sua secretária do que as pacientes. Mais de tres vezes cheguei lá pra consulta e dei com o nariz na porta porque a medica tinha saído pra fazer parto e a Luciana não avisou por telefone. Sempre havia espera e às vezes nos pediam pra esperar numa sala no térreo. As duas são arrogantes, de uma forma velada. Uma vez tinha uma prova importante às 15 hs e minha consulta estava marcada para as 13 hs. Liguei antes e
Perguntei pra Luciana, A secretaria e fiel escudeira da doutora, se haveria espera. Expliquei minha situação . Se eu fosse atendida no horário daria tempo de sair de lá e fazer minha prova. Ela falou que eu poderia ir e que não haveria espera. Cheguei lá e tive que esperar no térreo, de tanta gente. Fui feita de palhaça, até esperei mas tive que ir embora . Questionei a fiel escudeira e ela falou que espera sempre tem, mesmo. Total falta de respeito!! E eu pagava consulta particular. Enfim, por último teve mais uma confusão que ela fez, eu reclamei pra médica, não sei como ela se justificou e a "doutora" ficou ao lado dela. Enviei uma carta de 18 folhas manuscritas ao Crm dizendo inclusive que a médica aceitou euros como forma de pagamento de consultas. Nada aconteceu e o processo foi arquivado.
Dra. ANA, saiba que você não é a única Ginecologista boa da cidade de São Paulo . Repudio a sua atitude e tratamento dispensado a mim como paciente. Só me socava pílula e Nunca me explicou o procedimento de congelar óvulos, que só me foi esclarecido depois que fui em outra médica. Tudo o que me fez vai refletir em sua vida um dia!!!
I was a patient of Dr. Ana for over twelve years. She's a great doctor, although she respects her secretary more than her patients. More than three times I got there for the appointment and ran my nose at the door because the doctor had left for the delivery and Luciana didn't let me know by phone. There was always waiting and sometimes we were asked to wait in a room on the ground floor. Both are arrogant, in a veiled way. Once I had an important test at 3 pm and my appointment was scheduled for 1 pm. I called before and
I asked Luciana, the doctor's secretary and faithful squire, if there would be a wait. I explained my situation. If I was attended on time, there would be time to get out of there and take my test. She said I could go and there would be no waiting. I got there and had to wait downstairs, so many people. I was made a clown, I even waited but I had to leave. I questioned the faithful squire and she said that there is always a wait. Total lack of respect!! And I paid for a private consultation. Finally, there was one more mess she made, I complained to the doctor, I don't know how she justified herself and the "doctor" was by her side. I sent an 18-page handwritten letter to Crm saying that the doctor accepted euros as a form of payment for consultations. Nothing happened and the case was filed.
Dr. ANA, know that you are not the only good Gynecologist in the city of São Paulo. I repudiate your attitude and treatment of me as a patient. He only punched the pill and he never explained to me the procedure for freezing eggs, which was only clarified to me after I went to another doctor. Everything you did to me will reflect in your life one day!!!
