Beautiful setting, pleasant staff, great service, wonderful food, drinks and desserts, great for letting children into space kits as it is guarded the entire time by re-enactments.

Foi a pior que eu tive..quando meu cachorro chegou ae,chegou vivo,pagamos diária e quando ele passou mal,não tinha um veterinário disponível...só assistente...ao invés de dar a notícia por tel..deram quando chegamos lá..ou seja focaram no dinheiro,,Espero que não aconteça com mais ninguém.....
My experience? It was the worst I had..when my dog arrived and, he came alive, we paid daily and when he was sick, there was no veterinarian available ... only an assistant ... instead of breaking the news by phone ... they lost when we got there ... that is, they focused on money ,, I hope it doesn't happen to anyone else .....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não indico esta clínica para ninguém, a veterinária sedou meu animal sem necessidade alguma, mandou pra casa dizendo que ele iria acordar em algumas horas e ficar bem, depois disso ele não levantou, levei em outro veterinário aonde ele ficou internado por um dia e faleceu no final da noite, não consigo descrever a tristeza que sinto por esse erro da medica veterinária.
I do not recommend this clinic to anyone, the veterinarian sedated my animal without any need, sent it home saying that he would wake up in a few hours and be fine, after that he did not get up, I took him to another veterinarian where he was hospitalized for a day and died at the end of the night, I can't describe the sadness I feel at this veterinarian's mistake.

Parece que não tem sistema interno e não tem controle dos pagamentos serviços prestados, e depois cobram sem o cliente saber ao certo o que ta pagando. Funcionários confuso e batem cabeça. Veterinários prestam informação desencontrada e trocam prontuário de paciente.
Isso aconteceu comigo.
The clinic does not provide the necessary and correct information. It seems that there is no internal system and no control over payments for services provided, and then they charge without the customer knowing for sure what they are paying for. Employees confused and head bang. Veterinarians provide conflicting information and exchange patient records.
