★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Descaso! Tinha uma consulta com Dra. Laís, marcada com antecedência, para o dia 24/11/21. Recepcionista entrou em contato dia 19/11 para cancelar e disse que me avisaria a nova data. Uma semana depois, fiz novo contato perguntando se já tinha alguma notícia e a mesma disse que ainda não. Até hoje (04/1/22) não recebi nenhum contato............total falta de respeito!
neglect! I had an appointment with Dr. Laís, scheduled in advance, for 11/24/21. Receptionist contacted 11/19 to cancel and said he would let me know the new date. A week later, I contacted her again asking if she had any news and she said no. Until today (04/1/22) I have not received any contact............total lack of respect!
