Large clinic with several affordable medical specialties for seniors. The receptionists are super attentive and now no longer need to go on the opening day to make an appointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei 10:30h e eram 11:15 qd eu perguntei sobre o horário, e ainda tinha uma pessoa na frente. Resumindo, a consulta seria por volta de 12h... Fui embora, pq esperar tudo isso já é demais. Esperar 30min é compreensível, mais que isso é desrespeito, ainda mais ao se tratar de um local para idosos... A agenda deveria ser ajustada de acordo com o tempo de atendimento médico e não de 30 em 30 minutos, senão acontece dessa forma. Concluindo, não volto mais! Vi outras pessoas reclamando também!!!
I arrived at 10:30 am and it was 11:15 am when I asked about the time, and there was still someone in front. In short, the appointment would be around 12:00 ... I left, because waiting for all this is too much. Waiting 30 minutes is understandable, more than that is disrespect, especially when it is a place for the elderly ... The schedule should be adjusted according to the time of medical care and not every 30 minutes, otherwise it happens this way. In conclusion, I won't be back! I saw other people complaining too !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento inicial, fiquei esperando na URA (telefone com musiquinha) falando que era p aguardar e serei atendida e após muitos minutos desligaram o telefone! Tentei novamente e a mesma coisa! Ninguém atende!
Terrible initial service, I was waiting at the URA (phone with little music) saying that I had to wait and I will be answered and after many minutes they hung up the phone! Tried again and same thing! Nobody answer!

Meu pai tem 100 anos usa fralda, sonda de demora, quando liguei para agendar foi passado que iria atender ele, assim que chegasse pelo caso dele, mas não foi assim que procedeu, e quando fui reclamar, disse que não poderia fazer nada.
Terrible, attendant totally unprepared to deal with people, who says he deals with the elderly. Contradictory information about what they talk about, on the phone and what happens in person.
My father is 100 years old, wears a diaper, an indwelling probe, when I called to schedule it was said that I would see him, as soon as he arrived for his case, but that was not how he proceeded, and when I complained, he said I could do nothing.

Meu irmão foi levar minha mãe de 86 anos com consulta marcada já dias, chegando lá avisaram que o médico não poderia ir e ainda foi grossa qdo meu irmão perguntou pq não ligaram para avisar. Clínica despreparada e sem respeito algum com o paciente.
Terrible attendance. Gross attendant and unprepared to deal with the elderly. My brother went to take my 86-year-old mother with an appointment scheduled for a few days, when they got there they told me that the doctor couldn't go and it was even rude when my brother asked because they didn't call to let me know. Clinic unprepared and without any respect for the patient.
