★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é péssimo, organização pior ainda,por que nunca entregam o boleto e você que tem que ficar pedindo e todos mês tem uma desculpa e ainda falam que enviou só não chega a correspondência deles !!!! A pedir para arrumar algo esquece nunca vai ser atendido!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Imobiliária de caloteiros, além de alugar péssimos imoveis não devolvem o dinheiro do depósito, estou com um processo contra essa imobiliária a mais de um ano para devolução do meu dinheiro e até agora nada, a proprietária Sra Silvana fez um acordo comigo na justiça e não cumpriu ,realmente lamentável

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Imobiliária com atendimento pessimo e de forma alguma maleável, locatário só tem o dever de pagar e se fizer qualquer tipo de solicitação de reparos no imóvel não é atendido, boletos não chegam no endereço e obrigam a ir todo mês na imobiliária para retirar os mesmos. Aconselho se o imóvel estiver nesta imobiliária para locar e tiver outra opção, procure a outra opção, pois não fazem questão alguma de ter locatários e trata los com respeito.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os responsáveis pela imobiliária deixaram inquilina idosa sem atendimento para devolução de chaves de imóvel alugado, aparentemente tentaram subtrair valores de depósito da inquilina e a coagiram para assinar acordo para que não houvesse processo contra a imobiliária. Funcionários atuam em conivência com os responsáveis para prejudicar os inquilinos e ficarem com valores de depósitos? Realmente preocupante o modo como atuam.
