★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ocorreram vários atrasos e instalações erradas. Um dos produtos foi incompleto e depois falaram que o restante era pago à parte, ou seja, tem que ser comprado à parte!! Poderiam ter falado na hora da compra. Achei que estava comprando uma coifa inteira!!
O chapéu da churrasqueira cancelei a entrega, pois venderam um produto, mas depois falaram que era outro e não tinham como fazer o que eu tinha solicitado. A outra coifa acima do cook top está torta, desnivelada e levemente torcida. O caso da coifa incompleta foi o ponto final para deixar minha insatisfação aqui. Ficaram de retornar sobre o que poderia ser feito sem retirar a coifa, mas não tive retorno nenhum.
There were several delays and wrong installations. One of the products was incomplete and then they said that the rest was paid separately, that is, it has to be purchased separately !! They could have spoken at the time of purchase. I thought I was buying an entire hood !!
The barbecue grill hat canceled delivery, because they sold one product, but then they said it was another and they couldn't do what I asked for. The other hood above the cook top is crooked, uneven and slightly twisted. The case of the incomplete hood was the end point to leave my dissatisfaction here. They were left to return on what could be done without removing the hood, but I had no return.

Se confiabilidade é um ponto que pesa pra você, fuja desta empresa.
Quando atingi o DOBRO do prazo combinado em contrato cancelei meu pedido.
They don't meet deadlines, they don't give satisfaction, and they don't have the decency to answer phone calls.
If reliability is a heavy point for you, run away from this company.
When I reached the DOUBLE of the contractual deadline I canceled my order.
