. Comprei uma cama box e por duas vez vieram entregar, fora de prazo e com avarias. A compra foi realizada com pagamento a vista e a mais de 30 dias estou a espera de uma solução. Quando vou na loja mais de mil desculpas, por telefone já não atendem mais. Consumidores fiquem atentos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrivel, vendedora muito atenciosa no momento da venda, porém se mostra incompetente e desrespeitosa com os clientes quanto o assunto é troca de produto de péssima qualidade. (Já fiz diversas reclamações, que nunca me deram um retorno). A loja não tem gerente e os vendedores ficam passando seu problema um para o outro sem qualquer atenção. Não recomendo o produto e estou decepcionada com todo o atendimento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compramos um colchão no dia 19/08 e ficaram de entrega no máximo em 15 dias. No dia 04/9 ligaram marcando a entrega para o dia 08/9 Mas nao entregaram em deram satisfação. Ligamos para a loja e nada. Finalmente conseguimos falar com o responsáve Aguinaldo pela entrega que aparentente tinha esquecido do acerto. Incrível a incompetência e a desatenção. Para vender foi fácil e atenciosos. Mas o pós venda não funciona.
We bought a mattress on 8/19 and were delivered within 15 days. On 9/4 they called to schedule the delivery for 9/9 But they did not deliver and gave satisfaction. We called the store and nothing. Finally we were able to speak with the person in charge Aguinaldo for the apparent delivery he had forgotten about. Incredible incompetence and inattention. Selling was easy and attentive. But after sales doesn't work.

Telefone não atende, já fomos 3 vezes na loja q anota, mas não retorna. Email até p o sac da Ortobom diz q tá em rota. A loja diz q tá no depósito. Pingue-pongue com o cliente.
Antes de comprar VERIFIQUE as avaliações das lojas p não ter dor de cabeça, como estamos tendo!
(Depois de 56 dias o colchão chegou sem NF.?)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já faz um mês que fiz uma compra e não emitiram a nota fiscal ainda, a gente liga e ficam enrolando. Sem contar no vendedor Cristiano que é super mal educado e grosso com os clientes. Não recomendo a ninguém!!! Me arrependi da compra tanto pela loja quanto pelo produto!!!
