★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom fiquei muito interessada em adquirir uma porta mosqueteira, porem fiquei decepcionada no prazo do atendimento, se e colocado que atende u m perimetro grande que vai ate SP, não deveria ser tao demorado a visita, fiquei decepcionada, sugiro colocarem que atende so a regiao de campinas.
 Well, I was very interested in purchasing a musketeer door, but I was disappointed in the term of the service, if it is placed that serves a large perimeter that goes to SP, the visit should not be so long, I was disappointed, I suggest placing that it only serves the region of meadows.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se pudesse dar nenhuma daria. Marquei horario, dono da empresa Fernando me liga falando que estao atrasados e que nao irao. Ai ligo novamente para reagendar e escuto da secretaria Jaqueline que ele falou que foi ate minha residencia e me esperou 1h. Ridiculo, fiquei na minha casa com bb de 20 dias esperando e tenho que escutar abobrinha e pior sendo do dono. Lamentavel!!!! Ainda bem que nao pedi servico pois se o atendimento pra orçamento esta assim, imagina na hora de entregar o serviço...
If I could give any, I would. I made an appointment, the owner of the company Fernando calls me saying that they are late and that they will not. Then I call again to reschedule and I hear from the secretary Jaqueline that he said he came to my residence and waited for me at 1 am. Ridiculous, I stayed at my house with a 20-day bb waiting and I have to listen to zucchini and worse being from the owner. Unfortunate!!!! Good thing I didn't ask for service because if the service for the budget is like this, imagine it when it comes to delivering the service ...

Referente esse comentário colocado injustamente em nossa página.
Procuramos atender está senhora da forma que solicitou,exigindo dia e horário marcados.
Mesmo estando com muitos orçamentos marcados anteriormente rasolvemos atender sua solicitação pois referiu se a fato de ter crianças pequenas.
Garanto a todos os nossos clientes que não adiantamos o orçamento desta senhora pelo dinheiro somente e sim pela sua necessidade.
Realmente pode ter havia um grande atraso por uma das partes e garanto que não foi de minha parte pois cheguei no local 15 minutos antes e esperei no local mais 15 minutos além do marcado.
De qualquer forma uma conversa educada resolveria.
Estou certo que fazemos sim um exelente trabalho a nossos clientes e hoje devido a esse trabalho colhemos os frutos com muitas indicações e muitos trabalhos realizados.
Prezado cliente peço que ao ler avaliações negativas e considere uma oportunidade de provarmos o contrário com nosso trabalho.

I have come through this to give satisfaction to the dozens of customers that we already serve and those that will come.
Regarding this comment posted unfairly on our page.
We try to assist this lady the way she requested, demanding a scheduled day and time.
Even with many budgets previously scheduled we decided to comply with your request because you mentioned the fact of having small children.
I assure all our customers that we do not advance this lady's budget for the money only, but for her need.
There really could be a long delay by one of the parties and I guarantee that it was not on my part because I arrived at the location 15 minutes earlier and waited at the location for another 15 minutes beyond the scheduled time.
Either way, polite conversation would do the trick.
I am sure that we do an excellent job for our clients and today due to that work we reap the rewards with many indications and many works carried out.
Dear customer, I ask that when reading negative reviews and consider an opportunity to prove the opposite with our work.

Recebi contato da própria funcionária, Fernanda, agendando a entrega para o dia 09/03/22 e desde então os contatos foram apenas com desculpas para a justificar a não instalação. Hoje, dia 21/03/22, cancelei o pedido.
Bad experience! The measurement was performed on 02/17, with delivery scheduled for 12 working days. I received contact from the employee, Fernanda, scheduling the delivery for 03/09/22 and since then the contacts were only with excuses to justify the non-installation. Today, 03/21/22, I canceled the order.
