★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel de péssima qualidade, começando pela limpeza dos quartos, que só Jesus! Acontece se você implorar e olha lá hein, pedi a limpeza 5 vezes e só limpou pq insisti. Wifi Não funciona, Café da manha as meninas que trabalha fica na mesa olhando para você(desconfortável).
E além do mais eu e minha família fomos no FDS que aconteceu o deslizamento de terra(bairro do Piúva) estávamos em 26 pessoas e sendo elas 10 crianças, 6 carros. O Hotel não se manifestou em nada sobre ocorrido, nos turistas que tinha q ir atrás de informações, e para piorar no momento do check-out não poderíamos ficar pois estava no horário (como? Se justamente o Hotel fica do lado sul da Ilha onde ninguém conseguia sair entrar de carro) pedimos para falar com o Gerente e a informação que recebemos que ele não estava pq estava em são Paulo e não estava conseguindo passar.
Saímos do Hotel para tentar resolver de outra forma e não conseguimos pois do outro lado em são Sebastião não tinha Ônibus e Uber para São Paulo, enfim voltamos para o Hotel e recebemos a informação de que o nosso carro não poderia ficar la, pois a qualquer momento poderia chegar hospedes e o nosso carro iria ocupar a vaga( como os hospedes chegaria no hotel se a única passagem esta bloqueada).
Descaso total, enfim ficamos na rua até tentar voltar para casa.
Hotel of poor quality, starting with the cleaning of the rooms, which only Jesus! It happens if you beg and look there, I asked for the cleaning 5 times and just cleaned it because I insisted. Wifi Not working, Breakfast the girls that works is at the table looking at you (uncomfortable).
And besides, my family and I went in the FDS that happened to the landslide (Piuba neighborhood) we were in 26 people and being 10 children, 6 cars. The Hotel did not manifest itself in anything about happened, in the tourists that had to go behind information, and to make matters worse at the moment of check out we could not stay because it was on schedule (as? If the Hotel is right on the south side of the Island where no one could get in by car) we asked to speak with the Manager and the information we received that he was not because he was in Sao Paulo and was not getting through.
We left the Hotel to try to solve it another way and we could not because then on the other side in São Sebastião there was no Bus and Uber to São Paulo, we finally returned to the Hotel and received the information that our car could not stay there, Our guests could arrive and our car would occupy the space (as guests would arrive at the hotel if the only passage is blocked).
Total lack, finally we stayed in the street until trying to return home.
