★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixei minha cachorrinha 11:20 da manhã para banho e tosa e me informaram que até 14:00 poderia buscá-la, ligamos 14:40 e não tinham nem começado, deixaram ela esse tempo todo presa aguardando. Péssimo compromisso com o cliente e principalmente com o animal que passa pelo estresse de ficar presa aguardando horas, por fim levamos ela embora sem o serviço. Falta de profissionalismo e de respeito com o cliente!
