Vou bloquear meu cartão e denuncialos ao Procon pois não deixam de usar meu cartão mas não me pagam já a duas recargas!

According to the service guy, they changed owners and I've been waiting for payment for almost a month and they don't even give me an answer!
I'm going to block my card and report them to Procon because they don't stop using my card but they don't pay me two recharges now!
