★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Condomínio em si é bom, mas pessoal da portaria deixa a desejar em vários aspetos, principalmente na cordialidade e bom senso com os moradores em várias questões, exceto pela única mulher que trabalha na portaria e um senhor que fica a noite, os únicos que se salvam.
Condo itself is fine, but concierge staff leaves a lot to be desired in many respects, mostly in the friendliness and common sense with the locals on various issues, except for the only woman who works the concierge and a gentleman who stays the night, the only ones who save

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente condomínio, muito bem cuidado , área comum excelente, ambiente tranquilo, otimos moradores. O único senão, se refere ao estacionamento de visitantes. Onde o atual síndico optou por rodízio de 5 horas. Durante a noite fica vazio e os carros na rua expostos a mazelas . O rodízio diurno , otimo. Mas durante a noite deixar o estacionamento vazio. Somente na cabecinha deste síndico nada eficiente.
Excellent condominium, very well maintained, excellent common area, quiet environment, great residents. The only drawback refers to parking for visitors. Where the current liquidator opted for a 5-hour rotation. During the night it is empty and the cars on the street exposed to injuries. The day rotation, great. But at night leave the parking lot empty. Only in the head of this inefficient manager.

I've been a client for a long time, I cut my hair and beard with Guilherme and it was great. I didn't have to wait to cut it, as I scheduled a time via WhatsApp, all very practical.

Se você preza para um pouco de sossego, fuja deste condomínio..
Uma das localizações mais barulhenta da região, 24/7 e fds com transito e aceleradas noturnas, adm do condomínio sem iniciativa. Crianças barradas de brincar fora do parquinho e brinquedoteca.
Maioria dos moradores aposentados e alguns mal-educados, com festas e obras em horário noturno. Uma antena para celulares vai ser instalada futuramente em cima de um dos prédios.
Portaria e funcionários prestativos.
Bad experience.

One of the noisiest locations in the region, 24/7 and weekend with traffic and accelerated at night, adm of the condominium without initiative. Children barred from playing outside the playground and playroom.
Majority of retired residents and some ill-mannered, with parties and works at night. An antenna for cell phones will be installed on top of one of the buildings in the future.
Concierge and helpful staff.
