A edificação de esquina, possui duas frentes, uma frente nascente/leste, para a avenida Visconde de Jequitinhonha e outra frente norte, para a Rua Dona Uzinha Nunes.
Quiet and organized place, with 24 x 7 concierge, security cameras, emergency electric generator and elevators kept by the manufacturer. The corner building has two fronts, a front east / east, to the avenue Visconde de Jequitinhonha and another north front, to Rua Dona Uzinha Nunes.
