Se non avete timore di ritornare a casa alla notte nel centro storico di San Paolo e non avete problemi di parcheggio questi appartamenti sono quello che fa per voi. Ottimi prezzi di vendita, vicinanza con tutto. Lode all'imprenditore che ha fatto questa scelta e massimo rispetto a coloro che hanno comprato. Se tutti avessero il coraggio di fare questa scelta il centro storico di San Paolo risorgerebbe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prédio muito novo no coração de São Paulo. Hospedei pelo airbnb e tive uma experiência fantástica. Porteiros 24 horas, e claro que o melhor de tudo é a localização. Muito perto da 25, mercado Municipal, estação da Luz, largo do Paissandu, bar da Brahma. Mercados, restaurantes e bares também ao lado. A velha dica de não ficar de cara para cima durante qualquer hora do dia, é centro de megalópole.
Very new building in the heart of São Paulo. I hosted through airbnb and had a fantastic experience. 24 hour porters, and of course the best of all is the location. Very close to 25, Municipal market, Luz station, Paissandu square, Brahma bar. Markets, restaurants and bars are also next door. The old tip of not facing up at any time of the day, is the center of the megalopolis.

I don't speak Portuguese very well and seem to have a problem with getting into the building at times... that is the only downside for me... it gets very frustrating standing on the street at night trying to tell security who I am... luckily another person came along and opened the door and I was able to go to the desk and confirm who I was... otherwise, I might still be out on the street :( I should mention to when I did get in the door the man had the paper with my name on it... he still seemed confused to who I was... I understand he has a job to do but I also expect to be able to come and go more smoothly... having lived in Brazil for six months this year I have rented several different apartments in different cities and have not experienced this before...
