As it is a business condominium, you are obliged to pay for parking, whether you are a customer or supplier, ..... shopping thing ..... it does not match the business issue ....

The condominium is quiet to enter the concierge has some that are rude, has no training to deal with people. Otherwise quiet but very expensive parking

I visited Cida Medeiros' studio. Plus the concierge staff are very attentive and helpful to customers and visitors. Covered parking well signposted.
